It's not so much the actual number (which according to the Helms can be as low as 130) but how even the readings are between each cylinder. You want them within 10% of each other.
Like suspended hatch said.. the consistency of the numbers is even more important than how high they are overall. What you want to watch for is an oddball cylinder that is significantly lower than the rest.
I.E. I'd be more worried about 165/171/132/161 than I would be about 176/180/185/180.
