Nrg quick release back to eom steering wheel?

I have a question, is it possible to go back to the oem steering wheel even though I cut my srs wires to put the quick release on?? By srs I meant the wires that reel assy carries through the back which are two gray wires

Sure you just wont have airbags. By srs i assume u mean safety restraint system and nothing else.

Well the thing is, I cut these two gray wires that are Wired to the clock spring they are located by this scan bar and it has numbers with it too

The wires I am talking about are the ones with black tape...

I dont know what the rest of those are but i do know the srs wires have yellow connectors. The others have to do with the rest of the controls from your steering wheel. Horn and cruise control. Dont think theres anything else. Green probably cc and you probably cut your horn. haha Try to find a wiring diagram for that.
