In case anyone is wondering, the LHD NSX is a Acura base which some rich boy from the US sent over to Japan to be built and sent back. Quite common apparently. Companies like Esprit do custom one offs for overseas customers. Another one I can think of is a RB26 powered 350Z built for a Saudi customer.
