obd1 injectors

hi my question is would obd1 fuel injectors work in an obd2 car? one of my fuel injectors is bad in my gsr and my buddy got a obd1 injector that hes not using that came from a gsr, i;ve read around and some people say it works but you gotta cut a tab or something to make it fit...pics would be greatly appreciated, any info at all would help.

you can get obd1 injector clips and wire them up, but i have never heard of what your talking about

Just buy the clips, they are like $3 a piece on ebay. There's a tab you can shave off, but it's not worth it to do.

yes, just buy new injector clips. or if you have a spare obd1 harness laying around just cut it where the harness meets the injector subharness and splice into your obd2 harness.
