Oil Weight For Turbo B18C1 (GS-R)?

Hey! I was wondering what weight oil I should use in my turbo GS-R. Currently running Castrol 5w-30. What do you run?

Your outside temperature should dictate this.

It's the motor built? It depends on your clearances and temperatures.

Stock motor. I live in Alabama and doesn't usually go under 5 degrees in the winter. Averages 30-60 in the winter. Summer goes from 70-110.

What you are using it fine, you could probably even step up to a 10w-30 but it isn't a big deal.

Stock motor mean stock clearances means stock oil weight.

The w in 5w-30 stands for winter not weight
