p/s deleted but how do i flush it?

ok got power steering looped for a long time, now i think i might be starting to run low with a small pinhole leak somewhere or something...but before i go buy a rack (manual or another p.s.), how can i flush it out and fill it up with new fluid cuz it moans when i turn the wheel like its dry or something...any input is good, maybe its something else and im just an idiot lol
