P28 ecu in integra?

Ok so I recently bought a 96 integra 5spd but today I notices theirs a black box on the drivers side under the hood that says "pp~t< p28 " but that's a Vtec ecu correct ? My engine block says b18b1 but I noticed a sticker on the head that kinda reads p75 . Does the car have a ls/Vtec ? And if it does why don't I feel it kick in like in my buddy's gsr and cousins Si? Sorry to be the one to let you down, but you don't have vtec. You have the Integra non vtec p75 ecu (normal b18b1 ecu). That p28 you see is stamped on the cruise control unit as the part number. Your ecu is actually in the passenger side kick panel
