my ls it @ 7200...dont over rev ur motor..btw d series has a different base map...everything is diff even down to the fuel..just tune your ecu..but your car is stock so gains are minimal..good luck.

its not like ima be hittin 7400k everyday. i dont drive like dat, i chill most of the time, but then theres that time where u want to let it loose if u know what i mean. ive heard of people hittin 8000k with a stock ls,

Reving a stock ls to 7500k is fine. I don't know if the ecu will work but if it does your not going to do any damage to your motor.

Both d and b series injectors are 240cc and on the base tunes their running at 100% at full throttle anyway so your a/f would be fine.

There you go, if it seems to run like crap, take it off. It's not going to be that far off from what your other ecu was.

i took it off. i dont know why but i coulnt pass 5500rpm's. ma friend told me he did it wit his OBD-2 ls and it worked fine. mine was running like crap.

I'm guessing you have an obd-1, that would explain it not working.
