Parking Light Fuse

I just noticed my parking lights do not turn on. I checked the bulbs and they are fine. I also checked to see if the turn signals worked so I'm guessing it's a fuse. I looked at the owners manual but there is no "parking light fuse". Does anyone know what's the name of the fuse for the parking lights?

daytime running lights (DRL) or just running light. It might be either.

There is a relay for it as well.

7.5A and a 10A side-by-side on the inside fuse box.

The owners manual say the Daytime lights are for Canadian Models only. Does anyone know what the SMALL fuse is for?
