They're cheap knock offs. They might look the same as the real wheels but they aren't manufactured to near the quality specs as the genuine articles.

If you've ever been into a big city and seen guys selling fake Oakley's in front of buildings, that a good metaphor for Rotas. Rota's are the Foakly's of the wheel world.

i used to have rotas on my em2 a while back and never had a problem. yes theycare knock offs. ive hit countless amount of pot holes but it was still looking like it was new.
