Please need help engine will not turn over....

Hi my name is Brandon and I own a 99 integra with a 94 Gsr engine inside of it but I am having trouble....
When I try to turn my car over it makes a thunk noise everytime I turn the key what can I do please help me.. I need my car up and going .. Only thing I can drive :/ thank you...

Can you tell where the sound is coming from? Is it loud and pronounced, or is it more of a click? Does it crank?

It comes from the starter and no just one loud thud noise sounds like the starter isn't engaging. Like it pops out but it doesn't crank or turn over

Also I just like 5 mins ago bought a new starter for it..

And I just took the starter off and tried to turn the wheel inside and it's not even budging ..

id say it is your starter sounds like the it ari. my advice would be put it on the car give it a good belt with a screwdriver or hammer then try it again if that doesnt work new starter would be best

The starter gear won't spin or the flywheel attached to the motor.

If it wont crank then its either starter or battery. Take both to auto part store to have tested.
