It doesn't need to be any tighter than 8-9 ft lbs (108 in. lbs), Really not tight at all.

I reused my old gasket and I still don't have a leak. :lol:

Thats like barely putting any effort to tightening them with a 1/4 ratchet lol

Having broken the VTEC solenoid base in half from over tightening (it seriously felt like it hadn't even bottomed out) and having to pay $75 for a replacement, I suggest you get a torque wrench or barely tighten it and check for leaks before torquing it down more.

Oh shit!^

1/4 to 3/8 drive inch pound torque wrenches are handy on these cars because there's a lot of small bolts that don't really call for a standard 1/2 torque wrench.

Picked it up from Holzman Race Cars. 4130 1.75 x 0.083? Wall tubing 6pt roll bar that's good until 10 flat. I haven't painted it yet, so here's a tease.
