Problem with bushings

So I am replacing my front upper control arm bushings.
How do I do this? I am stuck
Do I need a press?

it be super hard without one, have a shop press them in for you

go buy a press from harbour frieght, for the money youll spend on the shop pressing that one bushing, a couple bucks more and you have your own press, mine payed for itself first time i used it
