Putting B18b1 From Dc2 Auto To B18b1 Manual

Ok I Have The Motors Almost Swapped Im Just Wondering If Anyone Can Tell Me If Ill Have Any Problems With The Wiring Harnesses??? Heres A Quick Run Through Of Whats Goin On

I Have A Dc2 With An B18b1 Automatic That Has A Super Strong Running Motor........
I Also Have A Db8 With A B18b1 Manual...... And The Block Is Shit On It.....
So Now Im Taking The B Out Of The Dc2 And Hooking Up The Manual Trans From The Db8 And Dropping It Into The Db8.........will There Be Any Wiring Issues
Please Help Thanks!!!!!!

when you get wiring issues is usually when its OBD1 or OBD2.... if their both the same then I THINK it should plug in
