Quick question about headlight housing

I have a little bit of idk what on the inside of my headlight housing. It looks like the previous owner dripped some ice cream or something in there lol. Anyways it's not really affecting the amount of light from my headlights but it bugs the crap outta me seeing it.

I just needed to know how to get to the inside of the housing? Do I need to remove my bumper? Just thought id ask before I rip apart my car lol.

remove the bumper. then you can see the bolts to take the headlight out. for the bulbs, i normally get a paper towel for each and poke a small hole in the middle so they can fit through it. this is so you dont touch them and get your hands oil on them. then from there, you can take of the clips on the HL housing and BAM. done :)
