Some replica ITR wings have a 3rd brake light. OEM ITR wing doesn't. If you get an ITR wing with a 3rd brake light, that bigger hole will come in handly to hook up the light. (That's if you want the light working). Any wing will go over the hole and cover it.
When you get your wing, make sure your gaskets are good so you won't get water into the bigger hole.
