quick spring help please

hello all. i am running in a 4 cyl oval track racing class, and i am looking to change up the springs, but coilovers are not aloud. i am thinking about using some koni yellows, but what springs could i use?

could i use the 2.5 ID springs that would normally be used with the ground controls? or would they not fit correctly into the spring perch? what height springs would you guys recomemnd to keep relatively stock ride height? maybe drop 1-1.5 in?

the springs are 10 inches tall. how would they work out without threaded sleeves on something like yellows?

Eibach makes custom spring rates. I suggest you choose a good front rate, and several different sets for the rear. The stiffer the rear springs, the more the car will generally oversteer.

And adjustable rear swaybar like the Progress 24mm would be ideal but I wouldn't know whether that is allowed in your racing class.
