I have a 92 integra rs that I bought from a guy who really didn't know much but he took his radio out and left me a harness so I took one of my radios I had laying around and hooked it up but there seems to be another harness that would connect to a radio so I just spliced the wires and I turn the car on and theres power to the radio but no sound I checked all the speakers and there all hooked up but no sound?

have you verified wiring fro the deck to the doors & back tower speakers?

if there is no sound, you either have no connection to speakers, or blown amplifier circuitry in the deck...
