Random Misfire???

I took my 99 LS to AutoZone today to get my CEL .... well checked.
It came up with a P1399 code.

Random misfire
Probable cause:
-Blocked EGR valve
-or valve clearance out of range

Anybody got this code too or know if the EGR valve could be the problem?

i dont think integras have egr valves.
