My 1992 Integra is making an odd rattle.
When its cold, its more pronounced that when its warm, and it only rattles at idle.
I adjusted the valve lash today, but the rattle / knocking / pinging sound is still there. The odd thing, is that it only makes the noise when its idling. If I revv it a little, the noise will go away. Once it comes back to idle, the noise comes back.
The car runs great, pulls smooth, idles smooth, starts great, and doesnt smoke or hesitate.

I have no idea whats causing this, since the car runs so good, and doesnt burn any oil, or smoke, or have any other tale-tell signs. Could it be an accessory, like the power steering pump?
