Rear bumper parts

I'm missing the part the rear bumper is supposed to screw in at the bottom of the wheel well, anyone know what part that is?

You can see the gaping hole where it should be.

I've been hunting around parts diagrams, just can't figure it out.

Excuse the salt, it just snowed here again, need to take her for a bath today.

If it's just that, I don't care as much, it just looks like something should be supporting the bumper.

i think theres a plastic piece that goes there too, cant remember though

Nope, just mudflaps I think. I got them specifically because I couldn't stand that hole lol.

You'd think there would be something since the rear bumper removal steps I found point out to remove all those screws...
