rear license plate light

my licence plate light screws are rusted really bad and are not ever going to come out by any normal means. Is it possible to somehow reach up over the dome housing and get the light bulbs from there?

Drill em out and replace them.

ok i got them out the top i squeezed my hand and got it out and put new leds in and they still are not turning on. Can someone give me a diagram to follow or how to fix this for the wiring and i searched and found nothing on the da9.

... If the bolts are rusted out, chances are the sockets have corrosion and can't properly conduct current into the bulbs.

Like I said, just replace the whole thing.

i got it i ripped out the panel inside the hatch and the retard owner before me had the ground loose and the connectors were all disconnected it was a mess i squeezed ny hand up over licence plate bracket and pulled bulbs out from top and the sockets are covered by like thick plastic they looked brand new but thx a lot for the help....heres what it looks like now
