Rear lower control arms help

i took my new shocks to advance, they gave me a bolt that fit them, i forget what grade it was but its probably better then one from home depot

How am i not doing it right? Bolts are blots. That's like saying you buy replica things because you can't afford the name brand

Thank you! You need to look at what grade the bolt you're replacing is and match/exceed it. You would never want to put yourself/passengers in danger!

Different grade bolts have different alloys and heat treatments. This means they have different hardnesses and shear strengths. Go buy honda bolts... it'll cost you $20-30.
8.8 grade is the best you can get from hardware stores. They are soft compared to automotive grade bolts.

Its the same grade as OEM. Its just cheaper because Honda doesn't make it. My question is, is that the correct bolt/size. I already checked the grade on Honda bolts guys. i just have a simple question
