I once drove without them when it was raining. I had water go inside my GSR because of it. I installed the liners and walla, no more water.

Noobs...He's refering to the small rubber liner just on the lip of the rear fender, not the actual fender liner... Well, at least I'm ass u ming, since all other liners are plastic...
