Removing Motor Rubber insert from Driver side mount

Ive been trying to remove the rubber from the driver side top motor mount to put the new insert in? Ive tried using a press to get it out and Ive tried to torch the rubber out... Have any of you guys put the inserts in that mount? And another thing Im curious about is does just the rubber come out or does the metal ring come out too????

Thats only the bottom two and the rear... I did the upper mount as well

Had to get a disc machined to fit inside the mount and then get it pressed out... Good times lol
