ReUpholstered JDM SRS MOMO Steering Wheel?

I have a JDM SRS MOMO steering wheel in my 01 ITR and its a bit worn. The stitching is not red anymore but black.

Do you think its possible to have it reupholsted or restitched?

Red permit marker works, after you clean the wheel of course

Yeah I saw the red marker trick but I also need the leather replaced because its pretty worn. But thanks for the input.
