anyone knows how to get rid of rust spot on my car. i have rust spot on the bottom fender mostly on the back of the car. can you please tell me the things i need to get rid of the rust and also how to fix if theres a hole on it.

In a nut shell,

Sand it down then prime it. If it's more than that, you may have to cut out the rusted area, weld in a new piece and then prime it.

Grab some sand paper and take it down to bare metal, clean it up and shoot some primer on it.
Like Jayson said, if there is a hole you need to cut it out and weld in new metal.
(Leave it to a body shop if you're not good at welding.)
