Sagging bumper

My bumer on my 95 Teg is falling off by the drivers side headlight. What should I look to do or what?

i took out the oem bolts and put in some from home depot. Or Zip ties 8)

Alright yea I figured a bolt just came out or a clip broke but I wanted some opinions before I dug in. Does anyone know about a antenna plug also?
