Sanding Rims For Painting

Hi! I have 97-01 ls mesh rims.

They are hard as hell to sand because u have to dig deep. I assume it will be crazy trying to do it with a piece of sandpaper and my hand.

How to you recommend I sand it? Tools, sand bar, dremel, buffer, etc?

take the time to sand/prep it right and paint them

The way I see it, if you cant decide on a color, plastidip them until you find a color you like. If you like it, then paint the wheels with real paint. But if you're just going to do them black, then plastidip them.

Ah actually i want to paint it gloss white. I used to use plastidip, but they come put flat color and when it gets dirty its hard to clean

Any ideas on sanding it? Like tools to make the job a bit easier
