selling car and smog concern

I am selling my car to a friend and he is and I am too concerned if it will pass smog .
Its a stock b18b1 motor with stainless megan header ,yonaka cat back stainless exhaust with stock cat and a california approved AEM cold air intake .
I never had a honda or car I had to smog and smog is not up till NOV .Do you think it will pass ?
I have OEM exhaust manifold that I could put back on .

If the header has a CARB number on it, you should be good...otherwise take the car to the State ref....If your car passes smog and do sell to your friend, you both got 90 days to sell and transfer title without doing another smog check.

side note...if you are transferring or selling to a family member, NO SMOG IS NEEDED when transferring title....
