Setting timing

I'm lazy and wanted to know how I could set the timing for the oil pump and crank without removing the harmonic balancer? I can see the mark but not the marking on the crank. B18c1

There should be like 3 or 4 marks close together and then there is one seperate from them. I know it's hard to tell, but it should be a white mark. Align that mark up with your plastic timing cover mark and thats it. You can't align the crank with the oil pump since its holded together buy a key, so it aligns itself.
