Skunk 2 Pro S II Coilovers Review

Hey, i recently got these coilovers and was asked numorous times to make a review so... Here it is.

The skunk 2 pro s 2 coil overs provide a excellent amount of handling. I have had great experiences driving on them so far including, the almost inability to lose my rear end, great car level, and ajustability. However, i am a bit dissapointed in that the rear coil overs can not raise even close to stock height. In other words, the front can raise alot higher than the rear. Aside from the fact that im forced to ride low due to that rear ajustability, im overall satisfied since what i was aiming for was being low.

For the first 150-200 miles your coilovers will ride really stiff, which is a good thing. After those miles, iv realized the front losened up a bit, giving more give. I have yet to rub or bottom out at all though. (i lowered it more patrick)

The handling provided from the skunk2s is quite remarkable and extremely convenient due to the dual ajustability of the coilover. Which by the way extends the life of the coilovers. I went around and attempted with ever will in my body to lose rear end. It just wont happen. The car has very little roll as well.

Handling 9/10
Ajustability 7.5/10
Durability 9/10
Price(from tuner sports) 8/10
Dampering 9.5/10
Installation was basic.

I will recommend using front AND back strut bars. That will increase your handling and lower your body roll significantly.

Keep in mind wheels and tires along with many other pieces will increase your handling. This is a review with completely stock suspension aside from obviously the coilovers.

woot woot! that's what I have. I plan to finish the full suspension set up with strut bars and sway bars later
