something blew the f-u!

alright so last night it rained idk how hard but when i got up and was about to bring my wife to work we decided to take my car and we i got in to turn it on i turned the key on waited for the fuel pump then as i was turning the key something blew the fuck up! and everything turned off and i couldn`t start my car i looked under the hood and the only blown fuse i saw was the audio system`s fuse so i closed everything up and took another car and when i came back it started right up and ran fine
idk wtf happened but im nervous about it and wanted to know about any ideas

Start with all of your fuses and relays. Specifically the main BUS fuses under the hood. Check your audio system for a short.

If every checks out move onto the basics, check for spark and fuel. That is if the starter turns over, if not begin to diagnose the starter issue. Check power, try jumping it, etc.

Also do you have a special kill switch installed? Check the wiring for that.

Someone probably planted a bomb in your car and it failed...

Maybe something crossed which shorted something out. You probably have a blown main relay. I would look at the ground wires, and see if any wires are fryed and touching other wires
