Spark Plugs for LS/VTEC

I have a b18b1 bottom end but then I have a b16 head, which specs should I choose to go with, the b16 head specs for the spark plugs or do I choose the b18 bottom

So, you have a B16 head on a B18B block? What is done to the motor?

I really don't know I am currently the third owner of this car and the person that I bought from doesn't know either, he only had it for a month before he sold it to me.
