Speed or looks?

Hey i'm debating wether i should buy a New ITR lip from password jdm or buy a chiped ECu from a guy locally and also buy a jumper harness.... They would cost me about the same amout, i just don't know which one i would want to do first.

What are your guys opinions?

i would go for the ecu...i think you will like the ecu better than a small cosmetic look

I say lip bc more speed always gets me in trouble lol. Plus I like a car that is clean and people stare at :lol:
