They always came in the box with the shells, buttons, sticks and trigger/bumpers. :lol:

I had a dremel and just made them myself, took like 15 minutes. The dremel was cheaper than the kits back then. :lol:

Just needed the dremel with a small cutting disk and the shells, super glue too if you ground too much off the button so that it didn't stay on its own.

Like R13 said, those tamper resistant torx come right out too. The tamper resistant hex doesn't work so easily with a screwdriver. Or use the one way slot headed bolt, they are hard to get out without having the correct tool or modifying the head.

That's the most common type of screw used in license plates around here, hell the dmv gives you a pack when you get a new plate. :lol:
