I filled up last night, put in some octane boost, and drove two blocks, everything was cool, turned my car off, started it back up about two minutes later, and now between 2k-3k it like stutters or bogs, unless I mash the pedal, it's a 90 rs 5speed, new plugs, wires, cap and rotor, recent oil change, new icm, that was all done a couple weeks ago, any idea what's going on?
