Suspension issues

I have a 1996 Intergra. I have some noisy suspension on my front wheels. It is more noticeable when its early in the morning. It is a little embarrassing! When the car heats up, I have no noticeable noise. Could it be my tie rods??

Jack up the car and shake the wheel and suspension parts to pin point what is making the noise.
