Tail Lights

Hey guys. I have a 1998 integra LS. My tail lights keep blowing my fuse. I tried replacing it. I drive 3 feet and it blows again. I have new taillight bulbs. Where should I look? Is this common? I havent heard of it before but who knows. Any help would be great.

Look at all the wiring and check the grounds.

I pulled out an old alarm. Still trying to fix the wires. All my grounds are good. I pulled off my rear panels and checked all of the wires. Checked under my dash and there was a wire splice not being used. So I pulled it off and we will see. That's the only problem I saw.
