Hi guys my integra just died the battery is good everything is powered and sounds Like It wants to start but wont turn over thinking bad fuel pump or filter but don't know please help I need my baby on the road

narrow it done abit, what happens what you try to start it? does it just click? or does it attempt to start?
All your lights/options are working?

Im having the exact same problem right now, my teg cranks it has fuel it has spark it has power and i cant figure out why its not starting

Check the starter ground and the ignition switch...

So it WILL or WILL NOT crank? I'm confused. Turning over, generally means cranking. Did you mean it will crank but not fire?

Because if it's not turning over, that's one thing. If it doesn't fire that's another.
