hey guys i was thinking of getting some tiens for my 91 teg ls but i dont want to have it low all the time can i keep it stock height or does it have to be lowered

You can... But you need a functional balance. It is better to lower for the center of gravity. Increases stability.

Helps a lot with handling and you can get 1.5 or 2 inch drop and you want be bad off

You would need to get adjustable sleeves or full coilovers, and set them to the highest setting I believe. Which, in a sense, would be pointless. It's having that low center of gravity that helps your handling, and actually makes use of them.
