no you have to drain the fluid or it will go everywhere when you take out your thermostat

it takes 2 minutes to drain the fluid, there a white plug on the bottom of the radiator you just unscrew

yeah, its pretty easy, u can reuse it if u really want to, but its best to put new fluid in it

Wait... What?
You actually don't have to drain all the antifreeze but it won't save much time. You just have to have it below the level the thermostat is at.
