For those that might not know, your car ignores the O2 sensor when you have it floored.
Secondly, the assumption is that adding more fuel increases your power. But that's false. If you want to make such a broad generalization, then I would say that leaning out the fuel mixture from the stock tune will actually increase your power. The stock tune is overly rich because you're less likely to blow your engine under warranty that way.
