Thinking about boosting GSR

Ok so I miss the daily of the Subaru and having boost and I bought the GSR for that very reason, gas mileage. Car has only 70k Miles on it, and BONE STOCK. Ive been driving the car just fine but I miss being able to rip on it for the 35 minute commute to work and play with some of the other cars. Friends shop who has built TONS of hondas, and has been in magazines with their Tegs, EG's and more. He told me we can boost my car, put it around 250hp with a safe tune, and still be a reliable daily driver. Is this true or a possibility? What turbos should I look into? Manifolds (no ram horn because im only looking at 250hp), and what else is needed. Still new to the honda game.

250hp should be a realistic number on a stock motor, the tune is the most important part.
that 2nd link you posted needs a sticky! and yeah 250HP is more then fine for a stock motor. Thats what i love about our teggys, they can be boosted on stock and still have massive gains while still being a reliable DD. Thanks for the links too! bookmarked

First thing is first, do a compression and leakdown test to make sure your engine is healthy.

and the next best thing to do is to come up with a budget to play with and make goals for yourself in what you want the car to be able to do, numbers to hit, etc.
