throttle body cable. about to flip out

After i put this new skunk2 intake manifold on i had to loosen the throttle body cable. It will NOT tighten. after maybe 1-2 minutes it slips of the bracket. I see many nuts, but i turn them alll the way it nothing tightens. their is so much extra slack and none of the nuts tighten it. I am litterally going 20 mph on the high way. I really need some help asap

The bracket on the IM? There's 2 nuts you tighten-sandwiching between the bracket...maybe put a little locktight. I definatly wouldn't drive with that much slack. I know a kid that half-assed it like that and the throttle cable came off the tb-getting caught on outside of the wheel, causing throttle to be stuck at wot.
