Throwing CEL 9?

So 2 days ago or so I got in the car and my CEL flashed I'm believeing 9 times (going to check tomorow to make sure) And I found out that 9 is Cyl 1. What could this be? Do I really need to worry or is my car just in need of an oil change? Because I'm due, and am hoping that will fix it, but I figure i'll as here first. Lemme know! Thanks guys.

code 9 I believe is the CYP, crank position sensor. People who get that code usually need to buy a new distributor. It was brought up recently, within the past 2 months.

Well hears what I did, I searched here first (obv. not being a noob to CI) And couldnt find anything on this particular CEL, as http://www.honda-tekh.com/thread/2278-honda-ecu-codes told me its Cyl. 1 position. which scares me...

Ah! Helpfull topic! That was great. So it appears I need a new distributor... meh, Can I run for awhile like this? I don't really have the cash right now and don't wanna park the teg and drive the truck...
