timing belt issue

anyone ever have trouble getting the new belt on?The tensioner is maxed out and its really freakin tight
theyres just barely not enough stretch to it

double check and see if you have the right belt, ive personally never changed a timing belt on a integra yet but it shouldnt be that tight, deffinetely something wrong there.

yeah turns out since we were doin it in like 16 degree weather it was so tight
put it in the oven and it went right on

so we got the timing belt on fine but now once the accessory belts were put back on the alternator belt or something with the alternator is making this high pitched reving sound kind of like an rc car
i dont know we compared the tension or my 01 with the this ones and the belts feel almost the same

There shouldn't be any play in the belt.

anyone think perhaps maybe a bearing in the alternators pully the noise is coming from the alternator
man this shit sucks she isnt even my main car im trying to sell her. its much better with the new timing belt but now theres this new noise

Also make sure the tension of the drive belts is correct. If the noise wasn't there before the belts were replaced, then it has to be related to the belts.
