Honda recommends every 90,000 miles (144,800 km) for normal driving and 75,000 miles for high stress driving (120,700 km).
If you don't drive hard, you "should" be good to 144k km. But I'd prefer to be on the safe side and look into getting it changed soon. It's not worth the consequences of a broken timing belt. Also be sure to change the water pump while you're in there. It's good practice since they are in the same area.
