timing question please help

So on my lsvtec the timing was off cuz I swapped out cam gears wen the motor was out of the car ...so I put the motor in my new teg with stock cam gears but the timing got knocked off by 36° so today I messed with it and got it to 11° but now if feels slower then it did at 36° like the E brake is up and suggestions or ideas please help I do not like this lol

Why cant you get it to 0* TDC? And I assume you are measuring with a digital timing gun?

Yes...idk 11° was the best I could get it

Nvm I figured it out today my dumb a** had it flipped 180 its all good now I think its still off by a tooth but I was in a hurry
