tire size??

I want to lower my teg a little bit with different tires right now I have 195 55 R15 on stock wheels what is a good size to lower it a little bit I'm also tring to buy them used because I'm kind of broke so I guess they have to be some what common any advice???

195/50 would lower it a bit.

195/50R15

195: width size
50: sidewall percentage of width
R15: what size rim it goes on

Do they make an 195 45 R15 and do you think the 45 or the 50 would be common at a used tire shop thanks

195/50 would be more common than 195/45 but unless you are in need of new tires and are doing some serious lowering. I would stick with 195/55/r15 or even go 205/50/r15. Plus the most common size will be the 195/55/r15.
